 isn't italian the best food ever? to me it is. so when a few months ago i read an article about a vineyard in tuscany that sells organic products i instantly remembered my holiday last summer. in august 2011 i had the chance to stay in an italian mansion near arezzo and had the most wonderful time (let's forget the fact that i lost my wallet there, cause that's a completely different story). see my tuscany photo diary here. the vineyard i read about is called la vialla and they have the best marketing ever (and probably the best italian products). but see for yourself!

i googled la vialla, registered on the website and a few weeks later received their catalog. you can also leaf through the catalog online but to me that's not the same.

they sell home-made noodles, pasta, olive oil, vinegar, wine, juice and much more.

i received the catalog neatly packaged with a dvd and a personally signed note (which today hardly ever happens).

they offer italian sweets, honey, jam...

everything's thought-out and lovingly designed.

i have to get this mousse with ricotta!

as i'm lazy i still haven't ordered anything yet. so a few weeks after receiving the catalog i got a little parcel (keep in mind: without having ordered!).

they sent me samples of some of their products!

i still haven't tried the red wine because the bottle's so cute and special...

i love cantucci! they are my favorite italian cookies.

today's the day! i will finally order some things from fattoria la vialla. the only problem is that everything comes in boxes, which means you cannot buy just one bottle of wine but you have to take the whole box. the advantage of la vialla: no shipping charges! because of that the people from la vialla welcome group orders.
