thursday afternoon soo and i went to poc (people on caffeine). it was her idea and i am really glad she showed me the place. it's a small and a kind of a hidden café but the concept and the friendly owner convinced me right away. prices are moderate and the quality seems to be excellent. you can also order coffee for take away. a hip hip hooray to spending more time with soo in prague! <3 let's check out all the cool cafés, restaurants and bars in april!
in the evening my sis and i went to the best asian restaurant we know (yummiest maki for the lowest price). although i am kind of getting tired of eating maki (i was obsessed with maki for quite a long time), i enjoy kai's asian food every time. after dinner we went to the cinema and saw "türkisch für anfänger". i haven't seen such a funny movie in months. i just couldn't stop laughing and when i took a sip of my water during the film i almost chocked on it... xD
saturday morning my mom, my sis and i went to demel for breakfast (the birthday present for my mom). she really caught the spirit of the place when she ordered a breakfast that was even more expensive than my sister's and mine. :D so proud of her! haha.
after breakfast the three of us did some shopping and i found two sun hats i adore. unfortunately, they seem to be a little bit over the top and that's why i could never wear them in public. so sad!
m, c and i then spent saturday night at le loft and later on at the passage. at le loft not only the view was breathtaking but the atmosphere was also... so mine: hip and glamorous. and if you only order beer and refrain yourself from buying fancy drinks, it's absolutely affordable. another plus: the staff is extremely nice. when i said that i didn't need a glass for my beer the second waiter rushed to the rescue - he insisted on cleaning the bottle neck beforehand. haha. :D so funny and sweet.
my bf and i spent the remains of the weekend, namely sunday afternoon, outdoors. we watched the first signs of spring and even took some cute pictures together. photos can take you back in time and i love keeping things that remind me of special moments - pictures, postcards, tickets... that's why i always write birthday cards, christmas cards, easter cards, anniversary cards. words normally fade but not if you write them down. :)
xoxo, s
